OSAGE CHRISTIAN CAMP

Grades 8-12: June 24-30, 2012
Grades 4-9: July 15-20, 2012

History and Eligibility
Osage Christian Camp began in 1971 and operated through 1993. After a 16 year break, camp resumed in 2010 with one camp session for grades 4-9. In our second year, last summer we essentially filled the camp session to capacity. This summer we are adding another week of camp for kids in grades 8-12. Camp will be held from June 24-30 for grades 8-12 and July 15-20 for grades 4-9. Kids in the 8th & 9th grades will be eligible to attend both sessions for a reduced fee. The camp fee for each session will be $125.00 and those eligible for both sessions (grades 8 & 9) will only pay $200.00. We don’t believe you will find a camp anywhere at this price. We have to raise money to make this happen, but we are committed to keep camp affordable.
Osage Christian Camp is open to all young people regardless of race, color, national origin or creed.

Parents, please note that the camp will open at 4:00 PM on the Sunday afternoon of each session. Checkout will be at 10:00 on Saturday, June 30 and 10:00 on Friday, July 20. All (parents, families and friends) are invited to come to the Talent Show on Friday, June 29 and Thursday, July 19 beginning at 7:00 PM.

Location
Osage Christian Camp is located at the group camp in the beautiful rolling hills of Osage Hills State Park  The park is located west of Bartlesville on HWY 60, 10.2 miles from the four-way stop at the corner of Frank Phillips and HWY 60. Turning south into the entrance, you will stay on the park entrance road for about 2.5 miles until you come to the camp.  The camp is equipped with a large lodge which houses the dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. The dining room and kitchen have central air. The camp has 10 air conditioned cabins with 12 bunks in each cabin (10 campers and 2 counselors).

Fees
As mentioned, the fee will be the same as last year, $125.00 for each session, which includes a T-shirt, canteen (snacks) and crafts. Please note those eligible campers attending both sessions will only receive one T-shirt. The fee for those attending both sessions will be $200.00. Applications will be accepted until June 3 for the June session and June 26 for the July session or until the first 90 applicants have been accepted. The camp fee for applications received after those cutoff dates will be $135.00.
